Responsibilities included domain expert in Data Federaton
and Integration (Information Integrator ®), Enterprise
Annotation (InsightLink ®), Pharmaceutical and Biotech
R&D Workflow Analysis. Worked closely with
development teams and sales force to provide in-depth
domain expertise to translate customer challenges into
product and services offerings. Thought Leadership in
Chemical Informatics and high performance computing.

management support for Regulatory Affairs. Also
responsible for the Scientific Library.

administered a budget in excess of $6MM. Additional staff

interaction of Research and Development software
development teams. Worked closely with Help Desk and
Desktop Support to assure excellent response and
anticipation of client needs.

Departments. Responsibilities included development and
implementation of Chemical Informatics system including
chemical structure database, compound tracking, library
design, diversity assessment.
Responsible for development of "user-friendly" integrated
drug discovery informatics system.
Presented executive briefings to potential partners and
investors on computational approaches to drug discovery,
including library design with others in executive
management
Expanded multi-site computational chemistry team from
2 members to 8. Led team that discovered first "small
molecule" inhibitor of a protein-protein interaction
(erythropoetin receptor).
Successfully integrated computational chemistry
approaches into therapeutic discovery teams making
significant contributions toward advancing several
compounds into development.
Negotiated approximately 50% discount on an 8
processor "low cost" Cray Supercomputer.
