Responsibilities included software development and support for Research, Development, and document management support for Regulatory Affairs. Also responsible for the Scientific Library.

Managed a staff of 40+ including 3 managers, and administered a budget in excess of $6MM. Additional staff responsibilities included an average of 10-15 contract programmers.

Expanded multi-site computational chemistry team from 2 members to 8. Led team that discovered first "small molecule" inhibitor of a protein-protein interaction (erythropoetin receptor).

Negotiated approximately 50% discount on an 8 processor "low cost" Cray Supercomputer.
