The steps involve opening the tiff file, entering the required field in the customized tool developed by the client. Once the feeding part is completed, the output text files will be checked for quality and accurate output. Basically this is a pure data entry job.

Resumes Database
This portals deals with the information about the various applicant’s skills and their experience with specialisation for jobs. The steps involved in preparing a database file by extracting the information from the text document in the required format of the client.

Voice Recognition
This portal deals with the information about the various reservations done for holidays, hotels & resorts, railway reservations and flight reservations all over the world that are recorded during auto recorded telephonic conversations. The steps involve listening to the wave files, that contains conversations of the operator and caller and typing in a text document with accuracy. Later it is converted into an XML file format as per the requirement of the client.

PDF to DOC and DOC to XML
This Portal deals with the data conversion from Image format to Word document format and later on to XML format. Basically the work involves in three steps like: 1. Converting the image into editable documents while retaining their layout. 2. Inserting xml tags in the documents to convert into XML format file. 3. Finally Quality Check and Quality Assurance on the converted text.
